Terms & conditions

These terms govern every purchase you make on Perfect Fit. By placing an order, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering — we're happy to explain.

1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch — usually by SMS or WhatsApp. We may cancel or decline an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or priced in error) and will refund any amount you have paid in full.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. We accept M-Pesa, bank cards and lipa pole pole instalments. Goods paid for on instalment remain our property until the final payment clears, and dispatch happens once your plan is confirmed.

3. Delivery

We deliver countrywide in 1–3 working days; Nairobi orders placed before 2pm arrive the next day. Delivery is free on orders over KSh 15,000 — see our Shipping & Returns page for rates. Risk passes to you on delivery, so please inspect your items on arrival.

4. Returns and warranty

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty for repair or replacement. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Product information

We work hard to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but occasional errors happen. If a listing is materially wrong, we will contact you with the choice of a corrected order or a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — no fraud, no interference with other shoppers, and no scraping of our catalogue for commercial reuse without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by Kenyan law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
